In our facilities, we accept multiple payment methods in private clinics, ensuring flexibility and convenience for our patients. The options include:

  • Bank transfers: A secure and quick option.
  • Traveler's checks: Perfect for tourists and visitors.

Healthcare Financing Options

To ease the payment of treatments, we offer healthcare financing options with interest-free promotions:

  • 6 months interest-free for payments starting at $600 pesos.
  • 12 months interest-free for payments starting at $1,200 pesos.

These installment plans for medical treatments allow our patients to access the care they need without immediate financial stress.

Direct Payment Type

At Costamed, transparency is key. Therefore, we implement a direct payment type where the hospital bill will reflect all hospital services received during the stay. It is important to note:

  • Separate invoices for medical fees, billed independently.
  • Admission deposit required based on the estimated duration of the stay and necessary services.

Private Healthcare Payment Options

For those patients with insurance, we offer private healthcare payment options. It is essential to present a guarantee letter and a copy of identification or insurance policy card in advance. Key points include:

  • Additional charges for exceeding agreed-upon package items, based on the current price list.
  • Billing for services: It is possible to receive invoices from doctors not seen in person but who provided professional services related to diagnosis and/or study interpretation.

Balance Update

The account balance is updated daily, with possible adjustments to the deposit needed to cover the updated balance. This ensures that our patients are always informed about their account status.

Restrictions

  • We do not accept personal checks.
  • Payments through Bank transfers take up to 48 hours.
  • All deferred payment plans, as well as participating credit and debit cards, are subject to change without warning.
