Terms and Conditions 

  • Not applicable with other promotions (agreements, memberships, etc.)
  • Each check-up applies exclusively within the stipulated validity period, to the specified target audience, and at the specified locations.
  • It is necessary to schedule an appointment indicating the check-up to be acquired so that reception can inform you of the dates and logistics of appointments and additional studies, according to each check-up.
  • Applies only with Costamed Agreement Doctors. Consult the website for doctors who apply with this Agreement. Go to specialties, select the desired one, and the doctor in question to see if this Agreement applies.
  • Check-ups are only available with prepayment.
