  • Each Check-up applies exclusively in the stipulated period of validity to the determined target audience and specified locations.
  • It is necessary to schedule an appointment indicating the check-up to be purchased so that the front desk can coordinate the dates and logistics of appointments and additional studies.
  • Applies only to Doctors with Costamed Agreement. You can consult on the website the doctors who apply with said agreement. Click on the specialties, select the desired one, and the doctor in question to find out if said agreement applies.
